Ms. Michelle is a dedicated Office Administrator at New Covenant School who brings a unique parent’s perspective to her role.

She first entered the school 18 years ago as a mom when her two boys attended preschool, giving her deep insight into families’ hopes and needs. Impressed by the nurturing environment, Michelle joined the team in 2019. In this loving community, her boys flourished, and her family formed lifelong friendships. She finds genuine joy in supporting staff, students, and families and strives to help others have the same positive experience at New Covenant School.

A California native who has called Arizona home for nearly 30 years, Michelle graduated from Arizona State University and brings experience from banking, insurance, and office administration at ASU.

When not working, she enjoys time with her husband, two young-adult sons, and friends — along with traveling, organizing, decorating, and thrifting.
