Ms. Andrea was born and raised in West Virginia and earned both her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with a specialization in Early Childhood, and her Master’s degree in Reading Education from West Virginia University. After graduation, she moved to North Carolina, where she began her teaching career as a kindergarten teacher. In 2002, she relocated to Arizona and took time away from the classroom to raise her three sons, Marshall, Hayden, and Christian. All three of her boys attended New Covenant as preschoolers.

In 2014, Andrea joined the New Covenant staff and has partnered with Ms. Mindy for over 12 years to create a fun, nurturing, and engaging kindergarten experience for their students. She loves helping young learners grow academically, socially, and spiritually, and feels truly blessed to make a positive impact in their lives. Andrea considers it a privilege to be part of the New Covenant family.

Outside the classroom, she Andrea enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
