Ms. Mindy grew up in Scottsdale and is a graduate of Chaparral High School. After high school, she attended Arizona State University, where she majored in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood emphasis. She then taught 2nd grade for 5 years in the Mesa School District. During that time, she got her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University.

After being a parent at New Covenant for 3 years, Mindy decided to return to teaching and thought preschool would be a great place. She spent 2 years teaching the younger three-year-olds and worked to receive her Early Childhood Endorsement. She has been the Kindergarten Teacher for 12 years now and absolutely loves it!

Mindy has 3 children: Lexi, Alec, and Kylee. She currently lives in Scottsdale with her husband, Bryan, and their youngest daughter, Kylee, who is attending Arizona State. When not working, she enjoys following Arizona State sports, shopping, spending time with friends and family, and spoiling her granddaughter, Parker.
